I have a jade plant which is a foot long and has a few branches at the top. The stem is very thin and the plant cannot support itself. What do I do?

For now, place a pole or a pipe to support the stem. Stop watering your plant until the soil dries out. The stem will become dry and thick after a few days. Then you can water your plant regularly.
