Yellow spots on silverado sage

We had heavy rains recently and I see yellow spots on my silverado sage plant. Any idea why this could be?

I suspect over-watering. If the plant is in a pot, move it to a sunny place to dry up the soil. Don't water it too much and see if it helps. |
