Hyacinth not flowering

My Hyacinth plants are three years old and hasn't given me any flowers. I thought they will be mature enough by the third year. Is there some other reason why they are not flowering?

Have you moved these plants ever? If yes, then the bulbs need to settle down before they can flower.

Insufficient sun can be another cause.
